Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Pariksha Marg, we strive to provide the best educational resources to help you succeed in your exams. Our cancellation and refund policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are issued for our services.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders for digital products, including eBook PDFs, study notes, PYQs, and syllabus PDFs, cannot be canceled once the purchase is completed.
- Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time; however, cancellations will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
- If a test series or mock test subscription includes multiple payments, future payments can be canceled, but no refunds will be issued for prior payments.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for services that explicitly state a refund policy at the time of purchase.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are not applicable for digital downloads, including eBook PDFs, study notes, PYQs, and syllabus PDFs.
- Test series and mock test purchases are non-refundable once accessed.
Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the purchased service within the validity period.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension.
- Any technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connectivity.
